Ruota Travel is a boutique travel advisory. We design bespoke journeys — routes, stays, experiences and on-ground support — tailored to each traveler. Submitting an enquiry through this website is free and non-binding; a journey is only confirmed once a proposal has been agreed in writing.
2. Enquiries & Proposals
Every enquiry is answered personally by an advisor. Proposals, itineraries and quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the proposal and may change with availability, season and supplier pricing until confirmed.
3. Bookings & Suppliers
Travel services (accommodation, transport, guides and experiences) are delivered by independent third-party suppliers. When you confirm a booking, the supplier's own terms and conditions apply in addition to these. Ruota Travel acts as advisor and arranger, not as the operator of those services.
4. Liability
Travel involves inherent risks — weather, delays, changes beyond anyone's control. Ruota Travel is not liable for acts, omissions or failures of third-party suppliers, nor for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.
5. Privacy
Details you share through our enquiry or newsletter forms are used solely to design your journey and, if you opt in, to send occasional letters. We never sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
